*If this is the first time you’re ordering with your logo, attach your high resolution logo below. Logo requirements: we can use .ai, .eps, .jpeg, and .tiff as long as it’s a high resolution file. Size of the file does not matter, since we will size it to fit the size of the glass. We can accept color or black and white images.

In order to be eligible for a return, your product must be unopened and in the same condition as you received it in. The item should be in the original packaging.
