Note: Orders with more than one item are assigned a specific processing time based on the individual product.

Returns

We do not manage the stock at our factory and warehouse. Therefore, the actual inventory could alter at any time. Please be aware that it's possible that your order will be out of stock after you have made the order.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return, your product must be unopened and in the same condition as you received it in. The item should be in the original packaging.
